Sitting on a saddle is becoming increasingly popular in the Netherlands. It takes some time getting used to, but you can work healthy all day on a saddle.
The saddle shape ensures that your pelvis automatically tilts forward. This will put your entire spine in its natural position. This has a particularly beneficial effect on your neck and shoulders, many people feel immediate relaxation and are therefore quickly rid of their complaints.
Keep in mind that when you sit on a saddle, your table has to be a lot higher. Count on 95 to 100cm. In most cases you need a high-low table.
